By purchasing you agree and understand that
– We are not responsible for lost/stolen mail. If there is an issue, talk to your local post office
– If your package is marked as delivered, yet you have not received it: reach out to your neighbors and local post office. Again we are not responsible for lost or missing packages and will not send a replacement.
– If the address on the site is incorrect, it is not our responsibility to ship a replacement package to the correct address OR refund the order that was sent to the incorrect address.
Delivery Information
- All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
- Please allow up to 8 business days for us to process and ship your order.
- We ship all orders as untracked mail to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services, especially for international orders.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Please be aware that customs, duties, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece before it leaves our studio. As each item is handmade and unique, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
